Key Responsibilities

- Transcribe audio recordings from doctors and healthcare professionals into accurate medical reports.
- Prepare documents such as patient histories, discharge summaries, operative notes, consultation reports, and diagnostic reports.
- Review and edit reports for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and medical terminology.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of reports.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA or applicable healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Work with transcription software and electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
- Preferred qualifications: DMLT, PGDMLT, BMLT, B.Sc. Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or other allied healthcare courses.




- Freshers with good medical terminology knowledge and typing skills are welcome to apply.

- Excellent English listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Quick and accurate typing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and transcription software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in pathology, radiology, or histopathology transcription.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
- Knowledge of quality standards in medical documentation.
