Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Dental Clinic Assistant to support our dental team and ensure the smooth operation of daily clinical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, robust attention to detail, and excellent patient care skills.
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare treatment rooms before dental procedures by cleaning and setting up instruments and materials.
- Assist the dentist during procedures such as fillings, cleanings, extractions, and other treatments.
- Sterilize dental instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols.
- Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified).
- Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.
- Ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient intake (if required).
- Perform general administrative duties including answering phones and billing support.
