Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong and highly responsible Technical Lead to join our growing startup team.

This is a hands-on technical role, not a coordination-only position. The candidate must have strong practical experience in application development, architecture, debugging, deployment, database management, project ownership, and team handling.

Proven experience in leading and managing a technical team is mandatory.

- Mandatory Technical SkillsStrong practical knowledge of JavaScript, Python, and SQL
- Application architecture and scalable system development
- REST API development and third-party integrations
- Database design, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Backend development and frontend-backend integration
- Git, deployment, testing, debugging, and production support
- Authentication, authorization, security, and coding standards

The candidate must be capable of independently writing, reviewing, debugging,



and optimizing production-level code. Candidates with only theoretical or basic-level knowledge should not apply.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications.
- Lead developers and provide technical direction.
- Allocate tasks, set timelines, and monitor daily progress.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards.
- Resolve complex application, database, server, and integration issues.
- Identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
- Take complete ownership of projects from requirement gathering to production deployment.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and delivery blockers.
- Mentor team members and ensure accountability.
- Coordinate with management, operations, and business teams.
- Handle critical production issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Required ExperienceMinimum 2+ years of hands-on application development experience
- Proven experience in JavaScript, Python, and SQL
- Experience in developing and deploying real-world applications
- Experience in API development, database design, and debugging
- Experience in system architecture and performance optimization
- Mandatory experience in leading and handling a technical team




- Experience in code review, mentoring, task allocation, and project delivery
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership
