We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the flooring or building materials industry and be confident in generating leads, meeting architects and interior designers, and presenting products effectively. This is a completely field-based role focused on business development and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities Generate recent business opportunities through field visits and lead generation activities. Meet architects, interior designers, builders, and other key stakeholders to promote the company's products. Conduct professional product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth. Identify potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities. Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights. Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales. Experience in wooden flooring, vinyl flooring, carpet flooring, or the building materials industry is preferred. Existing network with architects, interior designers, and builders is highly desirable. Excellent English communication and product presentation skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively within Mumbai. Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler is preferred but not mandatory.
