Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to generate new business for logistics services. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, onboarding new clients, and increasing logistics bookings by promoting the company's transportation and courier solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers, businesses, manufacturers, traders, and retailers to generate logistics bookings.
- Develop new clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Promote the company's logistics and transportation services.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment processing.
- Collect customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Prepare daily visit reports and update CRM.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business.
Eligibility:
- Graduate or 12th Pass (Sales experience preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, logistics, courier, transportation, or B2B sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20000 per month (based on experience)
