Function Description:
This position will be a part of core team to manage operations related to client transaction as well as reporting and monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Target driven role in terms of business volumes, bulk / Prepaid sales, customer acquisition, client servicing, effective delivery and grievance handling related to customer transactions
- Continuous and proactive monitoring of client transactions to raise flag with respect to delays / non-delivery of goods
- Regular interactions with existing and potential customers
Academic Qualifications:
- B.Pharma / D.Pharma (Fresher)
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
- Language proficiency in Hindi and English is must
- Good oral and written communication skill is a must
- Knowledge of operating computers / internet is required
- Sound knowledge of working on MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to learn quickly
- Good interpersonal skills
