Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our furniture manufacturing and showroom operations.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting entries, purchase and sales records, GST-related documentation, bank reconciliation, expense tracking, and basic inventory accounting.

- Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses
- Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally or similar accounting software
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, debit notes, and credit notes
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
- Assist with GST data preparation and filing coordination
- Track outstanding customer payments and supplier dues
- Maintain petty cash and daily cash records
- Support inventory and stock-related accounting entries
- Prepare basic monthly reports for management
- Coordinate with the CA or senior accountant when required
- Organize bills, vouchers, invoices, and other financial documents

Candidate RequirementsMinimum EducationBachelor’s degree

- Preferred Degrees and SpecializationsB.Com, Bachelor of Commerce
- M.Com, Master of Commerce
- BBA in Finance or Accounting
- Diploma in Accounting and Finance
- CA Inter candidates may also apply

English Level RequiredBasic to Intermediate English

The candidate should be able to understand invoices, emails,



accounting terms, and basic written communication.

Total Experience RequiredMinimum 2 years

Minimum Relevant ExperienceAt least 1 to 2 years of practical accounting experience

- Additional RequirementsGood working knowledge of Tally Prime
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience handling purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of inventory accounting is preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, furniture, retail, or showroom accounting will be an advantage
- Candidate should be punctual, responsible, and willing to work on-site
- Preference may be given to candidates living near Narol or surrounding areas
