- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and support business development initiatives.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and current business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company growth targets.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or business development (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
