Job DescriptionWe are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to manage and optimize email marketing campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads. The ideal candidate should have experience in cold email outreach, email deliverability, campaign optimization, and lead generation.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Build and manage targeted B2B email databases.
- Write high-converting email copy and subject lines.
- Personalize campaigns for different industries.
- Monitor campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, Reply Rate, Bounce Rate).
- Improve inbox placement and email deliverability.
- Configure and manage SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Perform email warm-up and maintain domain reputation.
- Conduct A/B testing for better campaign performance.
- Verify and clean email lists regularly.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate qualified leads.




- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Required Skills1–3+ years of experience in Email Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Listmonk, Instantly, Smartlead, Mailchimp, Brevo, Lemlist, Apollo.io, GMass, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Knowledge of cold email outreach and email deliverability.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B Lead Generation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo.
- Basic HTML knowledge for email templates.
