Job SummaryJamin24 is looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager who can build one of Gujarat's strongest real estate brands. The role focuses on creating viral content, increasing followers, generating qualified buyer leads, and maintaining a strong brand presence across all social platforms.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContent PlanningCreate a monthly content calendar.
- Plan daily Reels, Stories, Posts, and Carousels.
- Develop educational, entertaining, and promotional content.
- Research trending topics, hooks, and viral formats.
- Social Media ManagementManage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Channels, and Google Business Profile.
- Publish content consistently.
- Reply to comments and direct messages.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Video ProductionCoordinate with videographers and editors.
- Write reel scripts and captions.
- Plan drone shoots, property shoots, and customer testimonial videos.
- Ensure every property is presented professionally.
- Growth & MarketingIncrease followers organically.
- Generate qualified buyer and seller leads.
- Work with the sales team on campaigns.
- Plan giveaways, collaborations, and influencer campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.

- Preferred Experience1–3 years in Social Media Marketing.
- Real Estate or Property Marketing experience preferred.
- Experience running Meta Ads is an advantage. Social media managers are commonly expected to handle content strategy, campaigns, analytics, and community management.
