*Job Responsibilities*

Generate current leads and develop new industrial customers.

Identify business opportunities in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, warehousing, and other industries.

Meet Plant Heads, Purchase Managers, Engineering Heads, and Project Managers.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate for suitable technical solutions.

Handle the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation to Order Closure.

Prepare quotations, negotiate, follow up, and convert inquiries into orders.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/annual targets.

Develop existing customers and build long-term business relationships.

*Requirements*

5–8 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales / Business Development.

Experience in Conveyor, Material Handling, Automation, or Engineering products preferred.

Strong customer network and new business development skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for customer visits.
