Job Description – Architect (Real Estate Developer)

Experience: 3–8 Years

Qualification: B.Arch (COA Registered)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural designs, working drawings, and statutory submission drawings.

Ensure compliance with UDCPR 2020, NBC, and applicable development regulations.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.

Handle approvals, documentation, and follow-ups with Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and other statutory authorities.

Review site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings and design intent.

Support feasibility studies, FSI calculations, and project planning.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of UDCPR 2020 and development regulations.

Hands-on experience in PMC liaisoning, statutory approvals, and municipal submissions.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.

Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects preferred.
