Business Operations Executive

We are looking for a smart, organized, and tech-savvy Business Operations Executive to manage the back-office operations and digital growth of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain customer database and sales records.
- Follow up with customers and conduct cold calling to customers, dealers, and retailers.
- Build relationships with remote retailers and business partners.
- Maintain accounts using Tally or other accounting software.
- Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and profits.
- Prepare Profit & Loss reports and business performance reports.
- Maintain stock records, inventory reports, and stock valuation.
- Generate computerized invoices.
- Manage online banking activities and coordinate with PhonePe, Paytm, Pine Labs, Bajaj Finserv, EMI partners, and other financial service providers.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Channel, X (Twitter), Threads, Google Business Profile, Website, and OLX.
- Create posts, reels, banners, and promotional content using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva.




- Plan and execute digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies and external partners.
- Stay updated with offers, promotions, and campaigns from major brands and marketplaces.
- Prepare monthly business growth and marketing plans.
- Maintain employee attendance and business documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Send AI-assisted promotional messages to customers where appropriate.
- Perform other business operations and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva.
- Fluency in English, Bengali, and/or Urdu/Hindi.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of business operations.
