We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to maintain and improve manufacturing equipment for an Auto Components company. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance and exposure to heat treatment, surface treatment, and cold forging processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical equipment failures.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and production efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams.
- Follow safety standards and maintenance SOPs.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines.
Required Skills
- Experience in Heat Treatment.
- Experience in Surface Treatment.
- Experience in Cold Forging.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, gearbox, bearing, and conveyor systems.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Experience in Auto Components Manufacturing is mandatory.
