Hema Style Studio is a leading and rapidly growing social commerce brand. We are looking for a young, agile, and intelligent female customer service executive to engage with our customers and prospects while facilitating online orders.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and prospects to assist with online orders.
- Coordinate with inventory managers to update daily stock count.
- Work with the order processing executive to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- 2nd PUC or Graduate
Preferred Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Computer working knowledge
- Excel/Google sheet working knowledge
