1. Banarasi Chaat MakerExperience: Minimum 3 years

Preferred: Candidates must be from Varanasi (Banaras) with hands-on experience in authentic Banarasi street food.

Must be proficient in preparing:

- Tamatar Chaat
- Palak Patta Chaat
- Samosa Chaat
- Aloo Tikki Chaat
- Chhole Chaat
- Dahi Bhalle Chaat
- Raj Kachori Chaat
- Golgappe (Pani Puri)
- Dahi Papdi Chaat

2. Banarasi HalwaiExperience: Minimum 3 years

Preferred: Candidates must be from Varanasi (Banaras) with expertise in authentic Banarasi snacks and breakfast items.

Must be proficient in preparing:

- Kachori Sabji
- Jalebi
- Banarasi Samosa
- Mini Samosa
- Aloo Kachori




- Moong Dal Kachori
- Pyaj Kachori
- Other traditional Banarasi snacks
