We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive who can connect with businesses, understand their hiring needs, and onboard them onto our recruitment platform. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in face-to-face meetings, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit companies, industrial areas, corporate offices, and business parks to generate new leads.
- Meet HR Managers, Recruiters, Business Owners, and decision-makers.
- Present the platform's hiring solutions and explain its benefits.
- Onboard new companies and assist them with account setup.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into active customers.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM with meeting details.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Coordinate with the support team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned city.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
