Job Description:

*Greet and welcome customers to the jewellery store in a friendly and professional manner.

*Assist customers in their jewellery selection by providing product information, explaining features and benefits, and suggesting suitable options based on their preferences.

*Build solid customer relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized attention to each customer.

*Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Maintain a deep knowledge of the store's jewellery collection,designs, and current trends.

*Assist customers with jewelry fittings and adjustments, ensuring a comfortable and proper fit.

*Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and showcases.





*Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

*Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitors' offerings.

*Provide customers with information regarding jewelry care, maintenance, and cleaning techniques.

*Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

*Utilize CRM software and customer databases to maintain accurate customer records and track customer preferences.

*Stay knowledgeable about the company's policies, warranties, and after-sales services.

*Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experiences.
