- Assist nurses in providing basic care to patients in the ward.
- Help patients with daily activities like bathing, feeding, and moving.
- Change bed linens and keep the ward area clean and hygienic.
- Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) under supervision.
- Assist in shifting patients to different departments or for tests.
- Maintain records and report any unusual observations to the nurse.
