We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Order Processing & Team Manager to manage daily e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for processing online orders, managing inventory, coordinating with the warehouse team, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
- Generate invoices and shipping labels.
- Verify orders, SKUs, and barcodes before dispatch.
- Manage inventory and stock updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse, packing, and courier teams.
- Supervise and manage the order processing team.
- Prepare daily Excel/MIS reports.
- Handle order cancellations,
returns, and RTO cases.
- Ensure timely dispatch and maintain quality standards.
- Resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Valuable communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in e-commerce operations or order processing is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable learning ability may also apply.
