The candidate will be responsible for calling customers for pending EMI payments, following up on overdue accounts, maintaining payment records, and coordinating with the collection team to ensure timely recoveries. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a target-driven setting. Freshers are welcome to apply, while experience in telecalling, collections, banking, or NBFC will be an added advantage. The salary offered is ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives.
