Job Description:

1. In Showroom Sales:

a. To work with the Team Leads and Sales Staff to reach the sales targets.

b. Train Product knowledge and Sales technique skills in the required areas to improve the sales process.

c. Customer Service and problem-solving, Professional communication to address the issues.

d. Customization and Pricing. instruct the logistics team and the back-end team to do their jobs as per the systems.

e. Negotiation and Deal closings.

2. Out Showroom Sales:

a. Identifying the business perspective gaps and implementing the Expos or Campaign with the staff to build branding.

b. List out the marketing and campaign spots and schedule the promotions.

c. If required participate in business expos with the team.

3. As per the Market new product introduction:

a. Find the market trends of new product updates and introduce them in the store fast-moving and demand products or models.

b. List out the non-moving models and keep them on clearance.

c. Ensure effective strategies to overcome the market competition.

d. Product models and pricing standardization as per the market.

4. Inventory and Logistics:

a. Keep everything in the record and accountably take care of the in-word and out-word as per the company systems.

b. Monitor Transport vehicles and drivers, and dispatch planning and manpower allocation.

c. Product refilling and maintaining product pricing tags.

d. Space utilization and parallelly maintain the store ambiance.

e. Product Customisation and pricing of all the products (Sofa, Recliners, Cots, Mattress and PLB products)

5. Visual Merchandising:

a. For The Customer’s products presentation and great shopping experience.

b. Alignment, space utilization, lighting, product presentation, showroom ambiance, and maintenance taking care.

6. Customer Service:

a. All grievances of the customers need to be addressed professionally and give solutions within time updates.

b.



Keep the record of all the complaints which we are giving services as per the register and clear the issues as per the registered complaint wise.

c. Take care of all the customer valid grievances to resolve.

7. Marketing and Promotions:

a. Plan to design special promotions, festival offers, and concept presentations.

b. Related to all the SOP for marketing and promotions operate with the marketing team.

8. Competitive Market Analysis:

a. Keep observing the competitors’ strategies and implement the best practices.

b. Current models and pricing need to update as per the Market requirements.

c. Find new vendors for the new products or to reach demand sales.

9. Coordination and Communication:

a. Keep in good healthy communication with the management to take the right decisions.

b. Sales team, Finance, and Logistics team coordination for the smooth process.

10. Administration:

a. Required licence documents maintain, Renewal updates.

b. For Employee stationery, counter administration, Expenses vouchers maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all SOPs and processes are adhered. Effectively deal with customers on inquiries and complaints. Suggest improvements and initiatives which can help to increase sales Provide demonstration to the customer about product & close the sale.

2. Responsible to create a great ambiance in the store to provide a great shopping experience to the customer. (Like.. Employee professional approach, Store maintenance, and Product alignments).

3. Need to coordinate for the Production team and Wearhouse team for the customization and dispatches.

4. To maximation of the sales and business.

2. Good interactive, Leadership Skills, Handle Team and Analytical skills.

3. Experience should be more than 6 years in the Furniture Retail Industry Background.

4. Age -should not be more than 40 years.

5. Should be good at using MS Office.

6. Qualifications – Any Graduation or Post Graduation.

7. Languages – English, Hindi and Telugu.
