JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTS MANAGERIndustry: Automobile / Automobile Dealership

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Madhyamgram, West Bengal

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations of the automobile dealership/workshop.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, outstanding payments, and vendor/customer balances.
- Manage bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and general accounting.
- Ensure timely GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor dealership sales, service, spare parts, insurance, accessories, and other business-related accounts.
- Ensure proper accounting of vehicle sales, service billing, parts inventory, expenses, and receipts.
- Conduct regular internal checks and reconciliation to identify discrepancies.




- Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, and decision-making.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Candidate RequirementsQualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Industry Experience: Automobile dealership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Solid analytical, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle work independently and meet deadlines.
