Job Description – Store In-Charge

Location: Surat

Store Location: Mota Varachha, Vesu

Job Type: Full‑time

Experience: 1–5 years (Retail / Store Operations preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day‑to‑day store operations
- Manage stock, inventory, inward & outward entries
- Maintain store cleanliness and display standards
- Coordinate with delivery team and vendors
- Prepare daily sales & stock reports
- Ensure proper billing and cash handling
- Support customers and resolve basic queries
- Monitor store discipline and follow company policies

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
- Positive communication & customer handling skills
- Ability to manage the store independently
- Should be responsible, punctual, and disciplined
- Salary: As per company norms (based on experience)
