About the RoleAs a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in expanding the SpotLet platform by identifying and onboarding quality hospitality properties across India.

You will interact directly with property owners, understand their business requirements, introduce them to SpotLet's products and services, and help them grow through our technology platform.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, solving business problems, building relationships, and working in a quick-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Property Research & Lead GenerationIdentify Farm Houses, Homestays, Resorts, Guest Houses, Wedding Venues, Banquet Halls, and Film Shoot Locations across India.
- Research potential business opportunities using Google Maps, social media, business directories, and online platforms.
- Identify and connect with property owners or decision-makers.

Business Development

- Contact prospective property owners through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Explain SpotLet's products, services, and business model.
- Build trust and establish long-term relationships with hospitality businesses.
- Convince property owners to list their properties on SpotLet.




- Promote premium subscription plans and booking solutions.

Property Onboarding

- Coordinate with the onboarding team to collect property information.
- Assist hosts in completing the listing process.
- Ensure property information is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with the QA team for verification and go-live.

Sales & Relationship Management

- Follow up with prospective customers until successful onboarding.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for subscription upgrades and additional services.

CRM & Reporting

- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM.
- Update daily call reports, follow-ups, and activity status.
- Submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly performance reports.
- Track progress against assigned KPIs.

Market Research

- Study competitor platforms.
- Identify market trends and customer needs.
- Share business insights with management.
- Suggest ideas for improving customer acquisition.

Skills Required

- Communication SkillsExcellent verbal communication.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of other regional language is preferred.
- Ability to communicate confidently with business owners.
