Customer Support Associate

Location:

Hoshangabad Road, Danish Nagar, Ashima Mall (1st Floor), Bhopal

Salary:

CTC: ₹15,602/- per month

Take Home: ₹11,709/- (After PF & ESIC Deduction)

+ Attractive Performance Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Shift Timings:

- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Eligibility

- 12th Pass / Graduate

* Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply

- Good Communication Skills

- Basic Computer Knowledge

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and queries professionally.

- Provide accurate information about company products and services.

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain customer records and update details in the system.

- Follow company policies and quality standards.

- Achieve performance and customer service targets.
