- Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new customers for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and other financial products.
- Generate leads through field activities, references, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Candidate Requirements:Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Solid sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under targets and performance-driven environments.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
