Job Description – Electrical Field Engineer About Khavin Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.Khavin Enterprise Pvt. We are a trusted channel partner of Schneider Electric and provide solutions including UPS systems, batteries, electrical panels, switchgear, transformers, and power quality solutions for industrial, commercial, and institutional customers.

- Position: Electrical Field Engineer. Key Responsibilities: Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of UPS systems, batteries, electrical panels, switchgear, and associated electrical equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
- Diagnose electrical faults and provide effective technical solutions.
- Attend emergency service calls and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare service reports, and submit work completion reports.
- Coordinate with customers, project engineers, and OEM technical support teams.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company safety procedures.
- Support project execution activities, including cable termination, panel installation, and equipment testing.
- Maintain service tools, instruments, and spare parts.
- Provide customer training after installation and commissioning.
- Travel to customer sites across Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and other South Indian locations whenever required.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, LT panels, MCC, PCC, APFC panels,



and switchgear.
- Understanding of electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), GA drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers (Megger), clamp meters, and power analyzers.
- Robust troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- QualificationsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 2–5 years of field experience in electrical installation, commissioning, or maintenance.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to travel may also be considered.
