Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver Swiggy Express orders safely and on time.

Handle multiple deliveries while maintaining service quality.

Follow assigned delivery routes and company guidelines.

Ensure timely pickup and delivery of customer orders.

Maintain professional behavior with customers and store staff.

Keep the delivery bag and vehicle in good condition.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹37,000 per month.

Attendance Incentive: ₹2,000 per month for meeting attendance and login requirements.

Petrol Reimbursement: 50% of petrol expenses reimbursed every month (as per company policy).

Weekly incentives and additional earnings may be applicable based on performance.

Working Hours

Login Time: 10:00 AM onwards.

Daily Login Requirement: 11 hours.

Weekly off as per roster/company policy.

Delivery Details





Orders will be Swiggy Express deliveries.

Delivery radius will generally be 3–5 km, ensuring quick deliveries within a nearby area.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Age: 18 years.

Valid two-wheeler with a valid Driving License.

Smartphone with Android/iOS and internet connectivity.

Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account.

Positive communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.

Freshers and experienced delivery partners are welcome to apply.
