Job Details

- Location: Mangalore, Karnataka
- Salary: 12-14 LPA
- Experience: 8+ Years
- Working Hours: 8 Hours Duty

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and monitor production activities in Sunflower / Palm Oil Refinery.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, plant & machinery to achieve production targets.
- Monitor Neutralization, Bleaching, Deodorization, Fractionation & Packing operations.
- Ensure product quality, yield improvement and process efficiency.
- Implement production plans as per SOP and safety standards.
- Control raw material consumption and minimize losses.
- Prepare daily / monthly production reports.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, QC, PPC & Stores departments.

Qualification

- B.E.



/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering with relevant experience will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of edible oil refining processes.
- Experience in production planning & process optimization.
- Valuable leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with DCS/PLC systems will be an advantage.
