Urgent Hiring - Merchandiser (Garment Industry)
Position: Merchandiser (02 Positions)
Location: Sector-49, Faridabad
Experience: 3-4 Years
Salary: As per company standards & candidate experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete garment order lifecycle from sample development to final shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, production, quality, and logistics teams.
- Prepare garment costing, consumption sheets, BOM, and Time & Action (T&A;) calendars.
- Track production schedules and ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor sample approvals, raw material procurement, and production progress.
- Ensure buyer compliance, quality standards, and on-time deliveries.
- Maintain merchandising reports, documentation, and shipment records.
- Build solid relationships with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Technical Knowledge:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (Computer knowledge is mandatory)
- Knowledge of BOM, T&A; Calendar, Garment Costing & Order Tracking
- Understanding of Garment Manufacturing, Fabrics, Trims & Quality Standards

Qualification:

- Bachelor Degree in Fashion Technology,
- Textile Engineering, Apparel Production,
- Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

- Apparel Export House or Garment Manufacturing Company
- International Buyer Handling & Export Documentation
- Knowledge of Woven, Knit, or Denim Garments

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
