- Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsManage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Drive store sales, profitability, and achievement of business targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Team ManagementLead, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Customer ExcellenceDeliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Inventory & MerchandisingEnsure proper product display,



visual merchandising, and planogram compliance.
- Monitor stock movement, expiry management, and wastage control.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock availability.
- Financial ManagementManage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily store reconciliations.
- Monitor store expenses and optimize operational costs.
- Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and operational reports.
- Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and asset protection measures.
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail store management, preferably in FMCG, grocery, supermarket, organic retail, or food retail sectors.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
- Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and MS Office.
