### About the Role

PhonePe is looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to expand merchant acquisition and promote digital payment solutions across India. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with merchants.

### Key Responsibilities

* Identify and onboard recent merchants for PhonePe payment solutions.

* Visit market areas and generate leads through field activities.

* Explain PhonePe products and services to prospective merchants.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.

* Ensure proper installation and activation of PhonePe services.

* Provide basic training and support to merchants regarding product usage.

* Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to the reporting manager.

* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

### Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.





* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

* Must own a smartphone.

* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

### Compensation & Benefits

* **Salary:** ₹35,000 per month

* **Performance Incentives:** Attractive monthly incentives (based on target achievement)
