Job Summary

2Nidi Financial Services is hiring experienced and target-driven Business Development Managers for its insurance sales team.

The company will provide customer data and leads. The candidate’s primary responsibility is to contact customers, understand their insurance requirements, follow up regularly, and generate business through effective sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls using company-provided customer data.

- Understand customer insurance requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

- Generate new insurance business through regular calling and follow-ups.

- Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and other relevant details to customers.

- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

- Share quotations and payment links with customers.





- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and business updates.

- Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Coordinate with the internal team for policy issuance and customer support.

Eligibility

- Male and Female candidates can apply.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance sales is mandatory.

- Experience in health insurance, life insurance, motor insurance, or general insurance sales is preferred.

- Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Experience in outbound calling and target-based sales.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Self-motivated, confident, and business-oriented.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience and performance.
