We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be confident in interacting with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome to apply if they have excellent communication skills.
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer support experience are preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
