Job Summary : We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the jewellery industry to drive business growth for our Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery division. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B and B2C sales expertise, market expansion experience, and the ability to build long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, corporate clients, and strategic partners. The role requires achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities





- Business DevelopmentIdentify and acquire new business opportunities in the lab-grown diamond jewellery market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with jewellery retailers, distributors, wholesalers, franchise partners, and corporate clients.
- Expand the company's dealer and retail network across assigned territories.
- Generate new leads through networking, exhibitions, referrals, and market research.
