The Technician will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV systems, Video Door Phones (VDP), wireless home automation systems, networking infrastructure, and associated low-voltage systems. The role requires a hands-on individual who can deliver high-quality installations while maintaining safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and commission CCTV surveillance systems.
- Install and configure Video Door Phone (VDP) systems.
- Install and commission wireless home automation devices, including smart switches, sensors, gateways, and controllers.
- Perform CAT6/CAT6A cable laying, termination, testing, labeling, and network rack dressing.
- Install networking equipment such as routers, switches, access points, and related accessories.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and rectification.
- Read and execute work based on wiring diagrams, floor plans, and installation drawings.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and project timelines.




- Maintain daily installation reports, photographs, and project documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, clients, and other site personnel.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of company tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow all company safety procedures and site regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in CCTV, networking, home automation, ELV, or security system installations.
- Basic understanding of IP networking and structured cabling.
- Ability to use installation and testing tools independently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
