? Position: Customer Support Executive – International Inbound Voice Process

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or above
- Graduates and undergraduates are welcome
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
- Must be comfortable working in rotational night shifts

? Salary & Benefits

- CTC: ₹27,000 per month & In-Hand Salary: ₹24,000 per month

? Work Schedule

- 5 Days Working & 2 Rotational Weekly Offs
- International Night Shift Process
- Shift Window: 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM




- Any 9-hour shift within the operational window
- ? Cab Facility : Available during odd hours (11:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
- Either Pick-up or Drop facility provided

? Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls from international customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand customer concerns and provide prompt, accurate resolutions
- Assist customers with products, services, account-related queries, and order information
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
- Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance standards
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
