Job Title: Software Development Intern

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building software, solving real-world problems, and learning across multiple areas of a growing technology company.

While your primary responsibility will be software development, you should also be comfortable interacting with customers and supporting field operations whenever required.

Key Responsibilities: Software Development (Primary)

- Develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Debug issues and implement bug fixes.
- Collaborate with senior developers on new features and product improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Learn and work with modern development frameworks and tools.

Customer Support & Field Operations (As Needed)

- Visit customer locations to assist with product installation, onboarding, and training when required.
- Help customers understand product features and best practices.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to the development team.
- Assist in troubleshooting software or basic hardware issues during customer visits.
- Support the operations team during product launches, demos,



and onboarding activities.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar).
- Understanding of software development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and take ownership.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with React, React Native, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and databases.
- Basic understanding of mobile application development.

Candidate Profile

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in both office and customer-facing environments.
- Willing to travel locally for customer visits and onboarding support whenever required.
