We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving business targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.

*Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

*Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

*Supervise, motivate, and develop store associates and supervisors.

*Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.

*Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.

*Conduct regular stock audits and minimize inventory shrinkage.

*Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per company guidelines.

*Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis.

*Handle cash management, billing, and banking activities.

*Recruit, train, and evaluate store employees.

*Ensure compliance with SOPs, health & safety, and company policies.

*Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and regional teams for stock availability.
