Job Description

Apply only if you have experience in the Healthcare Industry / Hospitals / Clinics and have achieved Revenue targets in the Healthcare Industry only.

We are looking for a energetic senior leader to drive the entire business growth of Bangalore's leading multidisciplinary Child Development Centre.

You will own the full revenue target of ₹25 Lakhs per month (₹15L core CDC + ₹10L aqua therapy & infant spa) and build strong referral ecosystems with pediatricians, hospitals, schools, and other stakeholders. You will manage marketing agencies, lead a telecalling team, conduct field outreach, and work directly with the Founders on expansion.

If you have 7–9 years in healthcare sales/business development, a strong network in pediatric/maternal-child health, and proven P&L;/top-line delivery of ₹2–3 Cr+, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful social impact while building a scalable business.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience (Must-have)
- 8–10 years in healthcare sales,



healthcare management, or corporate BD. Strong preference for pediatric/maternal-child health, wellness, or clinical services background.
- Proven Revenue Delivery
- Handled P&L; or top-line responsibility of ₹2–3 Cr+ annually.

Education

- Graduate in clinical/life sciences (BPT, BDS, Psychology, Pharmacy, etc.). MBA/PGDM in Healthcare Management or Marketing is a big plus.

Key Skills

- Deep networking & relationship management with doctors, hospitals, schools.
- Managing creative digital agencies + metrics-driven sales/telecalling teams.
- Field sales/outreach (CME, camps, doctor visits).
- Understanding of child development/therapies (not a clinical expert, but able to articulate services confidently).

Personality Fit

Entrepreneurial, self-driven, high on ownership, strong in both strategy and execution, comfortable working directly with Founders in a growing environment.
