Job Description – ChangeMaker (UNXT Program)

Location:

Across assigned districts / nearby colleges

Job Purpose:

To deliver structured training under the UNXT program and enable youth (final-year students) to become employable through skill development, assessments, and placement support.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Delivery

· Deliver 90 hours of training (3 hrs/day for 30 days or 2 hrs/day for 45 days)

· Ensure sessions are conducted as per defined curriculum without deviation

· Support and mentor students for successful program completion

College Coordination

· Identify and onboard colleges within assigned area

· Coordinate with college authorities for smooth execution

· Ensure batch completion within timelines

· Conduct valedictory programs with stakeholders

Student Enrollment & Data Management

· Ensure 100% student enrollment in required platforms

· Maintain accurate student data (education, job preference, relocation, etc.)

· Regularly track and update student progress

Learning & Assessments

· Drive student participation in LMS/self-learning platforms

· Ensure completion of assessments and certification programs





· Monitor and improve student learning outcomes

Placement Support

· Coordinate with placement teams for job opportunities

· Support campus drives, job melas, and employer connects

· Work towards achieving minimum placement targets

Student Engagement

· Motivate students to actively participate in training and activities

· Encourage use of learning apps and social media for career growth

· Build confidence, communication, and workplace readiness

Alumni Engagement

· Onboard students to alumni platforms

· Stay connected for job support and career guidance

· Maintain active communication with past batches

Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain attendance, assessments, certifications, and reports

· Upload required documents and ensure batch closure compliance

Stakeholder Management

· Maintain skilled relationships with colleges and students

· Represent the organization positively at all times

Eligibility Criteria:

· Graduate (any discipline)

· Fresher or experienced candidates can apply

Skills Required:

· Good communication skills (English required)

· Training / facilitation ability

· Self-driven and result-oriented

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, apps, social media)

Other Requirements:

· Willingness to travel locally

· Mandatory training in Bangalore (travel, stay, and stipend provided)
