About the Role:

Base Salary₹15,000 fixed monthly.

Are you energetic, social-media savvy, and great at communicating? We are a growing Dry Fruit Brand looking for a passionate young creator to take charge of our Instagram/Facebook presence and connect directly with our customers!

In this role, you’ll be the voice and face behind our brand online—creating engaging Reels, recording voiceovers, and ensuring our customers have a smooth ordering experience via calls and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Content Creation

- Create, film, and edit engaging Instagram Reels and short video content for our dry fruit products.
- Record clear, engaging, and professional voiceovers for video content.
- Plan straightforward content ideas, product showcases, and health/lifestyle tips around dry fruits.
- Track video reach and performance metrics.

2. Customer Support & Query Management

- Promptly answer incoming customer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries/orders.
- Address customer questions regarding pricing, stock, delivery,



and product details with a polite and helpful attitude.
- Maintain basic customer communication records for follow-ups.

Requirements & SkillsAge:

- 18 – 25 years old.
- Voice & Presentation: Strong voiceover skills with clear pronunciation and an engaging tone.
- Video Editing: Basic video editing skills using apps like CapCut, VN, Canva, or Instagram In-App tools.
- Communication: Fluency in [Insert Primary Language, e.g., Hindi / English / Local Language] with good conversational skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and smartphones.
- High energy, creative mindset, and eagerness to learn!
