MIS & data management

Coordination with training/employment partners

Community outreach & follow-up

Eligibility & Experience:

* Graduate in any discipline

* Preferred Background: Social Work, Psychology, Education, Management

* MS Office proficiency mandatory

* 0–3 years experience in counseling, employment, education/skill institutes, NGOs, or MIS-related roles





* Freshers with strong aptitude and local knowledge can also apply

* Senior/Retired professionals and women restarting careers are encouraged to apply

Language Requirement:

* Hindi & English – Mandatory

* Urdu/Bengali/Surjapuri – Preferred

Preferred Skills:

Strong communication & counseling skills

Trust-building and family-oriented approach

Ability to explain options in easy local language

Understanding of local socio-economic context
