Job Summary

Novaestar Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Digital Distribution company enabling FMCG and Pharma brands across India's eCommerce and Quick Commerce ecosystem across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart having branches across Haryana, West Bengal, Karnataka and Maharashtra

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 3PL & Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end outbound logistics operations. The role involves coordinating with warehouses, transporters, courier partners, field executives, and customers to ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and seamless execution across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily outbound dispatches from multiple warehouses across India.
- Plan and monitor shipments through courier partners and transporters.
- Coordinate vehicle placement, loading, and unloading at customer locations.
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments while meeting customer SLAs.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve transit or delivery issues.
- Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, courier partners, field executives, and customer operations teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor Appointment Booking, ASN, GRN, and POD status until order closure.
- Follow up with customers for pending Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Ensure all logistics documentation is complete and properly maintained.




- Update shipment milestones, PODs, GRNs, and operational records in SAP ERP.
- Handle delivery exceptions, shortages, damages, rejections, and reverse logistics.
- Escalate critical operational issues and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare daily logistics MIS, pending shipment reports, and performance dashboards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or Operations preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce operations
- Strong MS Excel skills are mandatory
- Experience with SAP ERP or any Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight delivery timelines

Preferred Skills

- Experience in FMCG, Pharma, eCommerce, or Quick Commerce logistics
- Knowledge of courier operations, transport management, and warehouse processes
- Familiarity with ASN, GRN, POD, E-Way Bills, and logistics documentation
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ownership of assigned deliveries
