We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Marketing Executives (TeleCallers).

We are looking for a confident and target-driven TeleCaller / Marketing Executive to generate leads, promote our cargo and logistics services, and build solid client relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and preferably a background in international freight forwarding.

- Explain service offerings,



pricing, and shipping solutions clearly to prospective clients
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into customers
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in CRM/Excel sheets
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues or escalate when needed
- Coordinate with the operations team for order/booking confirmations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
