? Key Responsibilities

· Deposit Sourcing: Educate clients about FD, RD, MIS, and Daily Collection schemes, and on-board them as society members.

· Loan Sourcing: Identify and acquire new customers for Self-Help Group (SHG) Loans, Gold Loans, Personal Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans, and Consumer Durable Loans (CDL).

· Verification & Collection: Verify customer documents on the field and ensure timely collection (EMI recovery) of all loans and daily deposits.

?️ Job Requirements

· Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

· Vehicle: Must own a Bike/Scooter with a valid Driving License.

· Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in field sales, loans, or collection (Fresher’s are welcome to apply).
