Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator to manage and supervise waterproofing and construction chemical applications across project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in waterproofing systems, construction chemicals, site coordination, and client interaction. The candidate must be willing to travel and relocate across India based on project requirements.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall waterproofing systems and treatments using appropriate tools, equipment, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the application of waterproofing products and construction chemicals, including adhesives, grouts, and admixtures.
- Ensure waterproofing work is executed professionally while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Perform integrity testing and troubleshooting to identify defects, leaks, or failures in waterproofing membranes and construction chemical applications.
- Conduct visual inspections at project sites and prepare inspection reports.




- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of waterproofing activities.
- Provide technical guidance and professional recommendations to clients whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation of project progress, inspections, and testing activities.
- QualificationDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in waterproofing or construction chemicals will be an added advantage.
- Experience & SkillsMinimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in waterproofing, roofing, construction chemicals, or related construction activities.
- Practical knowledge of waterproofing membranes, sealants, adhesives, grouts, admixtures, and related products.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to coordinate multiple project activities efficiently.
- Willingness to travel extensively and relocate anywhere in India based on project requirements.
