The role involves regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels while maintaining lead records and achieving monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Follow up on leads from WhatsApp, social media, digital marketing, and referrals.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, placements, and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead records in Excel/CRM.
- Meet monthly admission targets.
- Provide excellent customer support throughout the admission process.
