- Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines
- Monitor quality of printed materials (books, study materials, etc.)
- Coordinate with editorial, design, and pre-press teams
- Manage production schedules and workflow planning
- Handle vendor coordination (printing, binding, paper suppliers)
- Maintain records of production, wastage, and efficiency
- Ensure proper use of machines and materials
- Follow safety and company policies
